REHEATING TIPS

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS OF HOW TO REHEAT YOUR MEALS BY CATEGORY


SAUCES, DIPS, DRESSINGS

Leave out at room temperature 20 minutes before eating to soften. You can also stir in a teaspoon of water or other liquid to soften.

PASTAS

STOVE TOP:

Cook covered in a skillet on med/low heat. Add a couple tablespoons of water and stir, this will bring out the creaminess of our sauce and help pasta not stick to the pan.

MICROWAVE:

Remove any sauce containers before placing meal in microwave. Re-heat 2-3 minutes on high.

BAKES, LOAFS, CASSEROLES

OVEN:

Remove from plastic or eco-friendly container, wrap loosely in foil and bake in oven for 15- 30 minutes between 350-400 degrees. Every oven is a little different so you can check half way to see if it is hot enough for you.

MICROWAVE:

Remove any sauce containers before placing meal in microwave. Re-heat 2-3 minutes on high.

GRAIN/ POWER/ BUDDHA BOWLS

These can be eaten cold or at room temperature. Simply pull out of refrigerator and leave covered on counter for 20-30 minutes before enjoying.

STOVE TOP:

You can also toss these dishes on the stove top on medium heat. Make sure if you are not tossing, that you are stirring so the ingredients do not stick to the pan, you can add a tablespoon of water to help.

WRAPS, TACOS

These can be eaten cold, at room temperature, baked, or microwaved.

OVEN:

Simply pull out of refrigerator and leave covered on counter for 20-30 minutes before enjoying. You can also bake wraps in oven (even toaster oven) for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

MICROWAVE:

Remove any sauce containers before placing meal in microwave. Re-heat 1.5-3 minutes on high, checking every minute.
