Steps to subscribe:
Select between the 5, 10, 15 or 20 meal package you wish to subscribe to on the subscription page.
Select subscribe.
Follow the prompts at check out and fill out the Order Form to select your first week of meals. Select any combination of meals totaling the number in your meal package.
Review your information and subscribe! Don’t forget to create an account so you can access your saved checkout details and previous orders. You can cancel your subscription at any time on your account.
By clicking subscribe, you agree that: your subscription will be set to continuous auto-renewal payments every week with your next payment due seven days after your first.
Steps to access and submit your Order Form following your first week:
Every subsequent week, you will choose which meals you want delivered by going to the Subscriber Order Form from our website.
Visit: www.plantbasedmeals.com
Go to the Subscribers tab located at the top right header, then select Order Form.
This page is password protected. You will receive an email following your first week’s delivery with a unique code, assigned for you to be able to choose your meals off our current menu (if you have yet to receive this email please contact us directly).
Please note: this password is different than the one you created to sign-in to your account.
Please make sure the total number of meals matches the number of meals in your package.
If we do not receive your order form by 7 pm on Saturday we will select your meals for that week.
Order confirmations for subscribers will be emailed to you every week. You can create an account and use the sign in feature to access your saved checkout details and previous orders.
Pause your subscription:
Need to take a break? Fill out a Pause Request Form, here.
All requests to temporarily pause your subscription must be submitted by Saturday at 7 pm. If your payment for the week has already been processed, we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Want to plan ahead? We can change your next payment date to match when you want to resume your subscription.
Keep in mind, pauses cannot be indefinite. To avoid losing your current rate, consider pausing month to month before canceling. If you need to extend an existing pause, just fill out a new request form and we will assist you.
Steps to cancel your subscription or a pending order:
You are in control and can cancel your subscription by logging into your account at any time.
Sign into your account.
Go to subscriptions tab.
Cancel subscription.
Canceling your subscription will not cancel a pending order.
Fill out a Pause Request Form form or Contact us to cancel a pending order on your account. The deadline to cancel for a full refund is Saturday at 7 pm.
